We’re easy to understand! You keep us happy with great sex, dinner out at least once a week, doing an equal amount of events we want to do versus the ones you want (football), and tell us how great we are!
What’s so hard about that?

Hi there. I'm a girl and personally, I like a guy with confidence; not too much though, or it would be a total turn-off. If you want to talk to a girl and can't really approach her, try writing a simple and short note instead. This is a sweet gesture and would surely give her that giggly feeling (; Write something that would get her attention and think that you're not just one of those guys who like to flirt a lot and probably passed notes to a hundred of girls already. Never ask for her number right away as this may give her the wrong impression. However, in those instances that you might not have a chance to run into her again, it is only right to ask for her number.. Well listening to us is a good start I find that many, not all, men hear but don't listen.
Many feminists will disagree here but I think women and men tend to use language rather differenty but there is a lot of over lap. We tend to use language in an indirect way and tend to imply meaning rather than state it directly.
So if you want to understand us you need to listen with your brain as well as your ears.

Well, don't have time to look at link, but the only thing a guy needs to know that's most important, is to validate a woman's feelings. Just acknowledge that she's happy,sad or angry(instead of brushing her off or arguing with her) and that'll help improve relations alot. The same works wonders for men too. :)

That was pretty cute in a somewhat simplistic way. If you truly desire to understand women, do imagine yourself in their shoes from time to time.
Edit: BTW, the name of the author of acting theory he was referring to is Stanislavsky. However, he did not look like someone who might know that.
