With the win at San Diego and having the better AFC west record the Chiefs are now on top of the AFC West....
There next game is @ Oakland followed by there Bye week and then they come home for 2 more games and could possibly be looking at 6-3 .......Can this Chiefs team Win the AFC West ?

I can't figure this team out. They've shown some flashes of great play and then they've played like a Pop Warner team. I think we can win the division and I'm putting it all on Jared Allen and Tamba Hali to get us there. When those 2 were tearing up the Cinci o-line yesterday, that really sparked the offense. As long as they keep harassing opposing QBs like that, we can win it. The entire AFC West having a down year will help us also.

The Chargers are just warming up they will win the West. However the Chiefs are playing better than expected. They may very well make the playoffs in the 2nd wildcard spot. The Jags will take the first wildcard spot.

no way they win the west, but if they did they would just sputter like a wet bottle rocket (like they always do) in the playoff and take a spot of a team that could actually win a few playoff games, kc is the only team i have ever seen that even with the best record in the nfl not just the afc west gets beat down like a red headed stepchild everytime they get into the playoffs and since they havent won a playoff game since 1993 and havent won a superbowl or even been to one since 1969 or 1970 i wouldent get my hopes up if i were you your just asking for heartbreak, besides oakland will beat them next week anyway and your team will be back in the basement again

in order of my prediction: 1) Chargers~13-3~ 2) Broncos~11-5~ 3) Raiders~8-8~* 4) Cheifs~7-9~ * The raiders show potentional, though their past seasons have been abysmal, this year they get out of the basement and into 3rd place in the AFC West!

70-30 chance they will. It will depend on whether they keep it in gear. Broncos might fall to 3rd in AFC West. Chiefs is my team too.

KC has no chance until we finally realize that our future is with Croyle and not Huard and his useless rag arm.
Why Herm is dedicated to Damon is beyond me. He cant fade with the pocket and runs like hes got a sofa on his back.

well i would say they do since they are in one of the weakest divisions in football. things are looking up for LT and the chargers but im not sold on them yet.
but the division in my opinion is still up for grabs.

I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you. The Cheifs will fall to Denver, SD, and maybe even Oakland. They will probably finish 3rd in the West.

well maybe they can if they look in the AARP listings for a QB and Larry can run for more than 10 yards per game....
