Female ejaculation (also known colloquially as squirting or gushing) refers to the expulsion of noticeable amounts of clear fluid by human females from the paraurethral ducts and/or urethra during orgasm. There a variety of types of female ejaculation. There is simple vaginal lubrication that some mistake as FE. There is also peeing during orgasm that some also mistake as FE. And there is a mix of FE and pee. And there is FE alone.

You can FE from any kind of stimulation. Most women who can have had several very powerful orgasms first. Most will have emptied their bladder before sex - or during sex. Unlike men, there is no valve that prevents a woman from peeing and ejaculating at the same time. So unless a woman has an empty bladder she will just get very wet and that wetness can be a mix of lubrication, pee, and ejaculation. Only after a bladder is empty will a woman ejaculate and it will be ejaculate alone.
