just call animal protective services they may have a tyre trap. once the tyre is trapped it should no longer make marks on your driveway. Since tyres seem to gravitate to water it is probably just mud prints so they may be removed with a hose.

Rubber is petrol based, so probably petrol would do the trick.

pressure sprayer will work, but you are going to have to do the whole drive.

try using some brick acid from a builders merchant you pour it on leave it for a few miutes then scrub it and wash away with water this is wat we do in the trade
