Alienware are mighty nice if you want good processing speed, graphics, etc, especially if you're a gamer.

THE TOP rated in the November 6 issue of PC Magazine (q.v.) was the Dell XPS M1730. Second was the HP Pavillion dv95001t

If price really isn't an issue. Look at falcon northwest. They have the best laptops and killer paint jobs. If the 5 grand price tag is too steep than look at Alienware.

i think they barely just released a quad core laptop that is supposed to be like 3 grand and be the best.

it depends where You will use it. One needs high cpu speed, others - more RAM and etc...
