They wake me up they are so loud and then the morning is the worst when the covers lift and a cloud of stinky smog fills the air. How do I kindly suggest that this is very unpleasant. I know that he would surely die if he held all that explosive gas inside so what can I do? This is a serious question. Can I slip beano under his tongue in the night?

Oh my, this sounds exactly like my boyfriend. i cannot stand it and it disgusts me because the smell has become more powerful. I feel for you dear. Try buying him gas-x and tell him to take it. I did that once. Guys don't get offended by that. If he was he wouldn't be letting them rip in front of you

Sounds like he may have a food allergy. Problem is, HE may not be bothered enough by it to investigate. Particularly because it might involve abstaining from some of his favorite foods.
If he is in any way considerate, I think he ought to make the effort. Head to the doctor, or perhaps a naturopath.

He does it because men are pigs!! They don't care. Any type of gas medicine is just going to make him expel the gas not hold it in anyhow. Trust me, my boyfriend does the same thing and I've tried everything. Change in diet is about it start watching what he eats and what brings it on and don't feed it to him! My boyfriend holds the blanket over my head at night when he does this. They think it's funny. They are just pigs.

Sounds like the relationship has problems, maybe he should find someone more stinky than you. And you should find someone that is as clean cut as you are.

He needs to start eating yogurt with live active cultures or taking acidophillus capsules every day to get his digestive flora healthy again. His digestive bacteria are obviously out of whack.
