Jabberwocky by Lewis Carroll (it's the only one I know off by heart all the way through!).
EDIT: Alex G, for your information, the correct way to spell 'favourite' in English is exactly as Starchild has spelt it above. If you and your countrymen have trouble remembering that many letters in sequence, that's your problem - feel free to shorten words all you like but do not make out that you are right and a native English speaker is wrong. Incidentally (while we're on the subject), might I point out that 'cannot' is all one word.

One of my favorite poem is daffodils By William Wordsworth. The first and last stanza appeals to me most.
I wandered lonely as a Cloud
That floats on high o'er Vales and Hills,
When all at once I saw a crowd,
A host of golden daffodils;
Beside the lake, beneath the trees,
Fluttering and dancing in the breeze.
For oft when on my couch I lie
In vacant or in pensive mood,
They flash upon that inward eye
Which is the bliss of solitude,
And then my heart with pleasure fills,
And dances with the Daffodils.

Poems are the best part of literature but one is my favourite which tells me to enjoy my childhood...it is written by R.L.Stevenson and my favourite part is..
"Billow and breeze,Islands and Seas
Mountains of rain and sun
All that was good-All that was fair
All that was me is gone"
It means that the poet says
THat all the good and bad times have gone away with his childhood.

Plenty ! I love William Wordsworth's poems. Shakespeare is another favourite ( specially 'The Quality Of Mercy', 'Sonnet No.114' and that one about the ingratitude of friends......can't remember the name ). I can totally identify with Robert Frost's poems. I can go on and on........I love poems !!!

"Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening" by Robert Frost.
It is as follows :
Whose woods these are I think I know.
His house is in the village though;
He will not see me stopping here
To watch his woods fill up with snow.
My little horse must think it queer
To stop without a farmhouse near
Between the woods and frozen lake
The darkest evening of the year.
He gives his harness bells a shake
To ask if there is some mistake.
The only other sound's the sweep
Of easy wind and downy flake.
The woods are lovely, dark and deep.
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep.
