These agents do not accept unsolicited submissions so if you send them a headshot it will go straight in the trash. You would need to have some major clout in order to get signed with any of those agencies. They represent actors, directors, writers, etc. who have major talent and credits behind them so in all honestly do not bother sending them your info.

A WMA list is not available.

If you look at those lists and have credits to match theirs then by all means, have your manager call them up and send over a reel.

Wherever you're located, start smaller. Seek out agents who take newcomers and help them grow. A big agency may not care as much about you as an individual like a smaller agency would. Send out your headshots and resumes en mass and see what kind of reaction you get. This is assuming you have the traiing and experience you need before getting to this stpe. You really need to be in classes, and stay acting in theatre and studfent & indie films to keep building your resume and working reputation. The more you work the more you can netowrk as well. You will meet other people in calss and on sets who have agents. Ask to use them as a reference, If you are professional (and are not the same type as they are) they may have no problem referring you to their agent. Just make sure the agent is legit. Check with sag.org, http://www.agentassociation.com/, and Ross Reports.

good luck

To get into these (exclusive) agencies, you must be reffered, scouted, or requested. Also, you DO need a TON of experience. These people still refuse to represent Miley Cyrus as an actor because she need's more experience.
As for them representing children, you most likely wont have enough experience until your 23 unless you continously work in Blockbuster movies. But follow your dreams, and your wallet.
