It's hard to say. There are many mothers of twins who have no morning sickness at all. However, every mother of multiples finds that at least some of her symptoms will be aggravated.

So she may not get really sick, but she might be really tired, or extra hungry or need extra rest.

I've been pregnant 4 times now and I get SO sick each time, and it last a long time, too. Each time I've sworn it was because of twins, but that wasn't the case. LOL

It depends, every pregnancy is different...regardless of how many babies. I had horrible, horrible heartburn and a lot of queasiness....but no vomiting, and I could not stand the smell of a lot of foods......That was my first pregnancy (one baby). My second pregnancy was no heartburn, a lot of queasiness.....I lived on corn muffins, plain bagels toasted with plain cream cheese, graham crackers and apple juice for about three months. No vomiting at all. After the first three months I was just hungry all the time....and I had a lot of cravings. (Twins). My second pregnancy was much easier sickness wise, it was harder towards the end because I was just soooo tired all the time, and I was physically uncomfortable most of the time the last two months or so....I delivered about five weeks early with my twins.

Not always. Twins run in my family and it all depends on the women's body if she was sick or not. My grandmother had twin boys and was extremely sick with them. But my cousin's wife was pregnant with twin girls and never got sick with them. So you can be pregnant with twins and have no sickness at all or you could be sicker then a dog. It all depends on your body and how it reacts to the pregnancy.

Possibly and most likely but not always...
Some women who are xpecting twins get it easy, it all depends...my aunt had major sickness when she was having just one child while my other aunt had it easy with twin girls! It varies on the person and pregnancy, best wishes!

It's different for everyone, but in general, double the hormones usually tends to make morning sickness more severe.

It can be. But I was VERY sick with all three babies. Only singletons. Make sure you are not aenemic. This can make you very sick to your stomach.
