I've been wondering for years - why sex ed focuses on contraceptives, and science.
Why no morals & why not pleasure. Why do so many people feel uncomfortable talking about their sexuality, if they masturbate, if they're gay, why do so many people not understand thing like arousal and orgasm. I know sex ed takes place when we are young, but love making and all sexual pleasure is a great gift to human kind; but with all the secrets around it appears dirty

I'd just like to hear everyone's thought about sex ed and the wider issues of sexuality...

I COMPLETELY agree -- but this is not a perfect world, and if random people tought morals to these children, and their parents didn't agree with them ... there would be lawsuits like nobody's business. People are anal and narrow-minded. People are afraid of themselves. We are taught to be embarrassed of EVERYTHING that is natural about us .... trained to be fake ... and it has so far been impossible to reverse it. :-( So sad ...

I know exactly what you mean. Just last week, I had to explain to my 16 year old nephew the difference between orgasm and arousal because he thought they were the same thing.

Sex is something that can only be learned first hand. Even if you were to give children all of the knowledge from your experience, they wouldn't just take you at your word.

it is still taboo in certian families and churches. This is to blame for most of the repression in the sex area. I agree it is a wonderfull part of life and it is not to be shamed. if more open discussion occured there would be a lot less disease and problems in the world

Sex ed is dumb, and run by liberals who have infiltrated the school system. They promote condom usage, talk about "safe sex," ect, all under the premise that "kids are going to do it, anyway."

LIberalism is a mental disease, as we've now come to understand.

And people SHOULD feel embarrassed talking about it, especially in mixed man/woman company. If there are people here who don't understand this (probably most of you), then please get on the next bus to the clinic which specializes in treating the liberal disorder.

Yeesh. purely think of extra desirable epidermis that is going over the pinnacle of the penis. for many men, the exterior stops a million/2 to 3/4 of how over the pinnacle; for some others, the exterior could conceal the pinnacle, and in case you seem down the foreskin, you will locate the pinnacle. i think of this is fairly uncommon.

Because sex is treated as taboo to us at a very young age and it is very hard to get away from that sort of thinking.
