The US Supreme Court rules on matters of law -- US law -- and even when they may do so based on their humanitarian or religious beliefs, they can still only rule on questions of law.
By federal law definition, all immigrants cannot be illegal -- to be illegal, one must violate some law. There are defined immigration laws, and anyone in compliance with those laws is a legal immigrant -- the terms resident alien and permanent resident alien are the proper statutory language.
So no, the Court cannot rule that all immigrants from one particular country are automatically in violation of federal laws -- that itself would be a direct violation of the 14th Amendment Equal Protection clause. Laws -- including immigration laws -- must be neutral with regard to race, ethnicity or national heritage.

1.)The U.S. Supreme court is completely free from concern for how another nation may react to a law passed in this country. If the supreme court finds a law constitutional after a challenge on that basis has been made, then the law stands based on it's allowability by the interpretation of the U.S. constitution, not some other nation's constitution or the opinion of any foreign populace
2.)There is no law against LEGAL immigration from ANY country, so no, all mexican immigrants are not illegal, only those that come across the border without proper paperwork and procedures.
3.)Please clarify the third part of your question. The supreme court does not MAKE laws or try individuals, they rule on constitutionality of laws and try CASES, they rule on previously-made rulings, whether rules of evidence were followed, rights were observed or violated, and such. While humanitarian issues may be of concern to the INDIVIDUALS on the court, the court as a whole is only concerned with laws themselves, and the interpretation of laws relative to the constitution.

The U.S. Supreme Court is in no way dependent upon the Mexican supreme court. For any reason.
Mexican immigrants are not illegal by virtue of them being Mexican. It is the legal process for entry into the U.S. that determines their legality.
The Supreme Court does not rule on a humanitarian basis, but only upon the law itself. It may appear to be a humanitarian bias, perhaps because the law is a violation of other established legal principles which were created for humanitarian purposes.

Only if they are here without documentation. Not all Mexicans are illegals. However, those who are here without documentation, ARE illegals, regardless of what the Mexican Supreme Court says. They cannot make laws for the US!

If they came here without proper authorization and documentation then they are illegal. Who cares what the Mexican Supreme Court says? They don't make or interpret our laws!

To rule otherwise would be unconstitutional.
Any Mexican government entity is irrelevant in US internal matters and Mexican jurisdiction stops at the border.

Yes they are illegal, I don't think people would care so much of them being here if they would pay taxes just like the rest of us and get rid of all the broken down cars in their yards, and cut their fricken grass, and take showers, and STOP BREAKING INTO OUR HOMES!!

Whether they like it or not, they are ILLEGAL. Once they become LEGAL citizens by applying LEGALLY for CITIZENSHIP then it's fine. Until then they are just plain old ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS and a drain on the American economy!!!!
