I'm not going to be able to make it to tonight's game . Anyway, does anyone know what's up with the TV situation in the Atlanta area? I'm well aware that MNF is on ESPN, but CBS also claims to have the game. Do I get to choose? I hope I don't have to watch it on CBS. The ESPN announcers suck, but their production value is way above that of CBS. Somehow, CBS always manages to F up the high def.

According to tvguide.com the game will be shown on both networks. I'm guessing CBS picked it up so people who only have basic cable can still see the game. It appears to be in HD for both networks, so take your pick and Go Falcons.

I don't think it will be on CBS. If anything it may be on the Atlanta ABC affiliate, since ABC owns ESPN.

When the Patriots played the Bengals a couple of weeks ago, the game was on ESPN, but also on channel 5, the Boston ABC affiliate.

That doesn't make sense that CBS would carry MNF. ESPN has the rights to the game, not CBS.
