Every now and then when i feel bad or uneasy i always feel like throwing up. Like if i do bad on a test or if i feel i'm wasting too much money or when im waiting in line for anything. I start to feel uneasy in my stomach and always feel like throwing up but i never do. I do eventually start to like burp and it kind of takes away the feeling. But how could i stop feeling this way?

Oh no, lots of people feel like throwing up when they're nervous, and many do! Count yourself lucky you're not one of those.

You could see a doctor about it, but they're probably going to suggest that you take up some sort of relaxation practice and try to manage it that way (because the only thing an M.D. can do for you otherwise is write a prescription, and that should always be a last resort).

Believe it or not, you're LUCKY you feel your nervousness. Others are nervous, but disconnected from it, then it causes other problems. Why not try a yoga class, then do some yoga every morning before school? It's a very healthy habit that will help you be more connected and calmer. You might find that the nausea just disappears.

When you're young, you're in a great position to develop good habits that will take you through your life. This symptom is one signal that you need to do just that. If yoga or tai chi or meditation don't help, perhaps you have a food allergy? You might try noticing if you eat particular foods on the days when this happens.

Good luck. :-)

Maybe you are just a nervous person and this reacts to your brain and make you feel uneasy and your body reacts by making you feel like throwing up :D
