CH2CH3 was axial and H is equatorial, if they were swapped around, would they be constitutional isomers?

The 2 other options are..diff combinations of the same compounds or stereoisomers that cannot be interconverted by rotation around single bonds?

They would be conformational isomers.
convert into mirror image chair(or boat) by rotation.
Then the 2 compounds would be one and the same
U are talking about cyclohexanes only, right?
