Alfred is a good name, but not for boys now, they will tease him and it will be tough on him in school. i would choose another name Fredrick or Albert. I'm just not keen on that alfred name.

It reminds me of Alfred Pennyworth. Bruce Wayne's butler and guardian.

It's a great name I know ( not really know but still know of) a great guy named Alfred.

I love it! As long as it doesn't get shortened to Al or Alfie... it sounds good only as Alfred....

It's okay, but I think it's slightly old fashioned. However, it could be shortened to Alfie - this sounds quite cute I think! Perhaps Ali?

It's my dad's name. I'd use it as a middle name, but my husband objects to naming him after family.
