When I say Yorkshire, what do you think of?

I think of North Yorkshire....probably my favourite part of England. I think of my father's guardians and their family. My father was born in Yorkshire....and I have spent quite a bit of time there.

Beautiful scenery, too....I used to love being driven through the dales. And of course you can't forget the straight-talking Yorkshiremen who call a spade a spade!

I always thought I was a true "Lancashire Lass" but after going into my family history, I discovered they were from Yorkshire, a bit of a shock
