Yeah probably... but some species of penguins they are equipped to handle extreme colds
Look at male artic penguins for example.

LOL! Their feet are consistently chilly from residing/walking on the snow, they're so used to it i do no longer think of that they had understand the adaptation of chilly feet in the previous their wedding ceremony. i desire to be invited to a penguin wedding ceremony!
