I have no problem falling asleep, my problem is that I always wake up in the middle night, and can't go back to sleep. Will Meletonin keep me asleep?

Yes!!!! It works great and you will have very vivid dreams. At least I do!
P.S. It is very safe to take take, so dont worry about becoming addicted to it. It's a natural sleeping pill

YES IT WILL. 1-3 mg IS AN ADEQUATE DOSE 1 HOUR BEFORE RETIRING FOR THE EVENING.

i have had problems myself with that, and yes it worked for me...try that or tylenol p.m is good too..
