First, not all African-Americans speak Black English.
Second, some whites, usually those who grew up in predominantly black areas, speak Black English.
Third, there are a LOT of varieties of American English -- mostly regional differences.
Any time you have a population that's relatively isolated from others, over a long time, their speech will develop a unique accent.
So, Africans on plantations spoke an Africanized English.
After slavery was abolished, most Blacks lived in segregated areas.
Inner cities tend to have a high concentration of African Americans, thus, the accent and speech patterns linger.
But, as I said at first, there are a lot of African Americans who've grown up in more mixed areas and tend to pick up whatever accent people spoke around them.
After all, we all get our speech the same way -- we pick up whatever everyone around us speaks when we're in the language-learning years of our lives.
"all in the same country" -- yes, but it's a HUGE country.
England, which is much smaller, has a lot of different accents.

without doubt matters could be distinct. there's SO a lot racist in opposition to arabs. it is ridiculous. my brothers pal appears center japanese (he is not, he is honestly jewish however simply has darker epidermis), and he ALWAYS get an "further assess" on the airport. what bullsht. however actually... there is plenty approximately nine/eleven that we do not recognise. so i would not be so certain that it wasnt rather a white man at the back of the complete factor. im no longer a conspiracy theorist...however i am k with retaining an open brain at the field.

It's not about color, it's about class and region. Poor whites in the south sound exactly like poor blacks in the south (which is probably the allegedly "afroamerican" accent you're referring to). The same for northern states, mid-western states and western states. All blacks don't sound like Young Jeezy.

Not in Northeastern Ohio! We (blacks and whites)don't even have separate accents! We mostly sound alike (plain and simple english with no style whatsoever).
When I was a teenager people would always mistake me for a white girl over the phone.
And still do sometimes.

Most AFRICAN Americans have different cultural dialet than caucsions...but not all. depends on how u were raised and what kind of environment u grew up in. I was raised to be soft spoken and ppl say I sound like a white girl on the phone...lol. they always think they called the wrong number until they dial it again. LOL it kind of cracks me up.

WE ALL DO NOT SPEAK DIFFERENTLY, MOST OF US HAVE DIFFERENT DIALECTS FROM CAUCASIAN PEOPLE AND HAVE DIFFERENT WAYS. WHILE AT THE SAME TIME I HAVE HEARD A LOT OF CAUCASIANS SOUD LIKE AFRICAN-AMERICANS AND A LOT OF AFRICAN AMERICANS SOUND LIKE CAUCASIANS.
TRUTHFULLY ITS ALL ADAPTATION AND WHO YOU ARE AROUND (AS I CAN SAY THROUGH MOSTLY EXPERIENCE AND OBSERVATION). I CAN SAY THAT WE ALL LIVE IN THE SAME COUNTRY AND NO ONE ALL SOUNDS THE SAME!

If you study English, I suggest that you take another look at your question from the point of view of grammar.
