There's a lot of things I would do for my best friend. I'd have to know more of the circumstances as to why I'd be lying. I mean, I've made lots of bad choices in my life and done lots of bad things but, I never lie, and I never steal. That being said, under extreme circumstances, I would lie if I was absolutely 105 percent confident that the lie was going to resolve the situation in a completely fair and just manner.
I need to stress the fact, that I say only under extreme circumstances, like for instance where the safety of a child was concerned, would I lie, especially in a forum where you are making yourself subject to judgement of the court system.
I don't think my best friend would ever put me in this kind of situation.

I have learned to the federal government for a friend before. Dont tell them that though

I'm not sure... it would completely depend on the specific circumstances, but I'm very loyal to my good friends... I hope it never has to happen.

that's a tough situation to be in.
i had some friends lie for me in August to keep me from going to jail, but i didn't ask them to. if one of them asked me to i probably would, just to return the favor
