I think you and I would be great neighbors. There's just one little problem. We'd never get anything done because we'd like going shopping too much.

I love working in the garden! I enjoy mowing the lawn, cutting back the bushes, watering, all that good stuff.
I'm proud of my yard and the compliments that I get. When the oleanders are in bloom, it's especially gorgeous.
Sure, shopping is fun but it can be stressful hunting a parking space, not finding what you had envisioned, finding that what you envisioned had a substantially higher price tag than you'd envisioned, etc. but gardening is very relaxing. My dog follows me around as if supervising me. It's hilarious.

Anon, that depends what in the garden(tomatoes, egg plants, lettuce, green beans, or okra) that would be a good thing to stay at home for. I'd work in the garden for those! Wish you well! Jimmy.
