I'll get back to you on this as soon as I have any observations of common sense in either.
Okay, you probably want some support for my "cynical" viewpoint.
Divorce rates are over 50%. Not only are people still rushing to get married, even same sex couples want in on this bonanza for lawyers. Marriage rates declining, or the mean age of "first marriage" increasing would indicate common sense.
Men and women continue to vote for the "lesser of two evils", and no one seems to notice that this guarantees an evil result. More interest in third parties would indicate common sense.
We all continue to be inundated with credit offers. In light of the increasing numbers of foreclosures and bankruptcies, I would expect that most people would throw these away, making such advertising more costly than it is worth. A decrease in my "junk mail" from lenders would indicate common sense.
Al Gore just won the Nobel Prize. The fact that I know that indicates that the media thinks a large number of people care. People realizing that it has no meaning whatsoever beyond a large cash prize for the recipient would indicate common sense.
I could go on, but by and large, there's just really no evidence to refute the obvious conclusion that "sense" is anything but "common".

I dont think you can say More or Less i think they have different common sense.
Yes this is a generalization and I do fully understand that not everyone is the same:
Men seem to be move analytical and less emotional about decision making - this doesn't mean their process is better but it is more based on facts than feelings.
While Women tend to let feelings flavor the decision making process - which brings more info into the end result but some may say it also clouds it.
Sometimes feelings can cloud the issue or bring in that piece of the puzzle that is missing. So it is really impossible to tell who has move common sense.

Women have no sence, they may have sense, but never sence.
Having said that, you already know that common sense is the domain of men. Women are too emotional to possess common sense. I say that as a group. My guess is that about 2-3% of women may have good common sense, but, the overwhelming majority of the women I have known are utterly without common sense and they even admit it.
Some Gloria Steinem or Bella Abzug types will rant that they are equal to men, which is too laughable to even comment on.
Everyone knows that women are generally nicer and sweeter than men in general, but women need men and they know it.
So, to answer your question, men have common sense, women do not.

well , I think it depends on the person rather then the sex. Males have more common sense when it comes to some things where woman have more with other. Everyone should have common sense, it does not make sense not too! One thing that it should be common sense to a woman is not to try to wimpy fye your man and for a man, women will take long to get ready, we like a lot of different looks, and we love scented lotions!

This is a tough question. I think one way we can help decipher this, is by looking into the horomones that each gender carries. Women carry the estrogen which tends to make women more emotional and boosts feminine qualities like female voice and breasts and things of that nature. Men carry testosterone which is of course a more masculine horomone. This horomone tends to boost aggresiveness and things that are associated with men such as deep voice and body hair. In a high pressure situation I would say that men have more common sense. An example would be if someone were breaking into your house. This would be because of the male horomone boosting your response in a dangerous situation. A female would have more common sense when it comes to something like driving. This is because her horomones would not leave her subject to things like road rage. So, when it all comes down to it, I would have to say that it is situational and neither gender wins completely.

Do you all notice how all the women are saying that they're the ones who possess more common sense, but the men here are saying that common sense is not restricted to one gender? Determine which answer sounds more prudent, and you'll have an answer to the said question!

That's "sense" (not sence) and it varies. The truth of the matter is, that 'common sense' isn't all that common anymore, for anyone. People just don't seem to use their heads (like they used to).

Since you are using caps that to me indicates the need for attention rather than having the common sense to post as an adult would without the use of caps that children tend to use. I would have to say women do.

Neither. Both sexes seem prone to relationship stupidity;
We both go for the WORST possible choices in members of the opposite sex.
Why? Becasue society today has trained the populace to look for the most shallow, meaningless traits in our partners, and has glorified those traits to the exclusion of any GOOD ones.
Look at all the reality shows. Rock of Love?? Flav o Flav?? What?!?!? Come on.
Look for a kind, hard working, industrious person, not totally focused on the upwardly mobile aspect of living. Maybe they're not the "best looking", but they'll sure as heck treat you better and divorce you less often. *chuckles*

Depends on what type of common sense. With cooking and housework, I'm thinking women. For men, I think it's about finances and efficiency. But, everyone's different, so I don't think everyone is like that.
