Strong scents like if someone bathes in perfume, hunger, excessive travelling, engine fumes, being on the computer 5 days a week, babies and children (basically anything under the age of about 18 unless it has fur, 4 legs and a tail), stress, bad lighting too bright or too dark.............oh my goodness! I must have a headache 24/7 after that lot lol. I guess that's why they save themselves up for humungous migraines every so often lol.

Most headaches are caused from the dilation of the blood vessels in the head. This is why caffeine helps headaches, because it constricts those blood vessels. But if you are "hooked" on caffeine and do not get it, it can actually trigger a headache!
