The idea here is to obtains questions not find out how many people don't know the answer. If you don't know the answer, shut the hell up and move on to the next question.

I agree with you, point gaming is cause for account deletion, typing a single letter or 'idk' just to get two lousy points is against community guidelines and YA! keeping their 'non-answers' on the site is a waste of bandwidth. as for people who do things like that, they're a waste of carbon.

They just want the points. I understand this is against the guidelines. You can report it if you choose to. There is a lot of this going on.

Well you sound like you just got pissed by someone... The answer to your question is this simple: the person doesn't bother to think to answer the question, it's a simple answer to two points.
