E-Bay Countdown?

How do I get rid up E-Bay countdown, it pops up everytime I log onto my computer. I went to add/delete on my control panel and E-Bay countdown was not listed.

go to your start menu
type msconfig
theres lots of tabs up at the top of that dialog box
i think tha last two or three are meant for your startup programs
