I really thought I was pregnant this time although first pg test was negative. Had sore nipples, nausae (morning, noon and night!!), slight cramps, headaches and total mood swings and crying spells. But now I feel like Af is definitely on it's way as the cramps have been for most of today. As I am very irregular and have come only jsut come off the pill completely, I don't know when I am meant to come on! Could this be AF or could is there still a chance that I am pregnant?

well if you just came off the pill you can have the same symptoms as pregnancy and not be pregnant...but on the other hand i got pregnant as soon as i came off the pill and felt like af was coming so you never know.

Af=Aunt Flow (which is youre period) Anyways, maybe or maybe not wait a week and if still no AF take another test you may be pregnant and youre hcg levels are too low to be detected. You just came off the pill so alot of the symptoms you may be feeling is because of that as well. Good Luck! Baby Dust to you!

I felt this with with both pregnancies, but then AF never showed up. The symptoms are very similar. Good luck.

With each pregnancy I have felt like I was about to take my period and it has made me wonder whether or not I was going to stay pg. In each case I had had a pos test though. Keep testing, feeling like you are about to take your period doesn't rule out pregnancy. Good luck

happend to me a few months ago when I got off bc pills.. I had those symptoms.. and my period came on cycle day 34 instead of 28.
