Suggest a song for a musical which involves cleaning, sung by a female please????????????????????????????!!!!!

okay, here's the thing, we are doing a musical at school, and there is this particular scene in which a guy comes and screams at a girl to clean, and the girl starts cleaning up the place along with a few other girls. I need a song which is sung by a girl to play while that scene is going on! Please please please i need it really fast!!!!!!!! also, tell me where to download it if possible!!! :)

You've already been given some of what I would have suggested. I can add some maybes but I'm not exactly sure about the tone you want to set while the song is being sung so I'm suggesting whatever I can think of:

Hard Knock Life - Annie
Castle on a Cloud - Les Miserables
In My Own Little Corner - Cinderella
Cleaning Women - Working

There are a couple from Working that could work actually, it just depends on how you want to play it.

If it can be a pop song, you could do "She Works Hard for the Money" from Donna Summer. It could turn into a great dance number with a lot of your ensemble girls who may not have a lot to do otherwise. The whole scene could rapidly return to normal at the end :-)

Some of these are usually available on Limewire for free (just scan them for viruses before opening), the less common ones might be downloadable on iTunes, Amazon, or if they're really uncommon like Working, you may have to buy the CD.

It was in the movie, I can't imagine why it wouldn't be in the musical of Mary Poppins but "A Spoonful of Sugar" and from Snow White ther's "Hi Ho, Hi Ho" (It's Off to Work We Go) and "Whistle While You Work." BUT if you want to do something comical so that the cleaner can comment on the fact that she does NOT enjoy this treatment, try something like "Old Man River"

Although in agreement with the above poster, I think it would be fun to have it be a comment; for that reason, "Heigh Ho" (The Dwarfs Marching Song) from Snow White would be good.
