do something like juan mann who started the free hugs campaign. go out and offer services to troubled people, and be nice and generous. if you show someone that there is kindness still in this world, it could impact them in more ways than one, trust me, ive done it before. =)

i think you gotta do the best u can like give them good advise..or like say u no a friend whoz been abused the best way to help that person is by telling the police so they can help that person.
