I tend to believe that there are religious gay people. I, for one, do believe in God and I do attend church on a pretty regular basis. My wife is another person who believes in God and attends church on a regular basis.

First of all, faithful is not a synonym for religious. Faithful means loyal, honest or dependable. We hope that regardless of whether they are religious or not, that most gay people are faithful.
As to your question, I don't know that most are, but I'm sure there are plenty. I for one am a lesbian and a Christian. Judging by the fact that gay-friendly churches exist, I would have to say that a fair number of gay people are religious, otherwise there would be no point in specifically saying "we are a gay-friendly church" or sticking a big rainbow banner up. Again, I don't know about the proportion of religious to non-religious gay people, but I'm sure there is a significant percetage of gay people who are.

Well, if you're really that desperate to hope for miracles to happen, then that could be true!
Aside from this, it is through these religious organizations that they can gain fellowship and acceptance from the community.
The issue on Spirituality among gays is a totally different thing because one can be religious without necessarily becoming spiritual. I can't think of a spiritual teaching that unconditionally conforms to the gay-type of intimate standards and relationships.

i'm gay, and that i won't stand female gay men. and it is not that i'm fond of circulate-dressing gay men, yet i do no longer hate them, this is basically no longer my selection, - like how some right now men prefer curvy women human beings, and different possibilities and so on.. you're gay, you could't replace that. And although chiché this is; there is somebody available for you, probable with the comparable evaluations even, it isn't the 1st time i've got come for the period of a homophobic gay. Oh, and basically for the checklist, i'm attracted to men. that doesn't propose i prefer to sleep with anyone stable looking guy I see. #StayClassy.

Yes, some of the most spiritual people I've ever met are gay men who struggle to create a worthwhile life in the midst. I think this struggle can lead to greatness even though none would ever admit it.

well this question cant be answered exactly but there are a lot of gay people who have relious beleifs. unfortunatlyi know for certain that God doesnt exactly like gays. but its no reason for them not to beleive. if they were rasied in a certain religion then chances are when they grow up the will still beleive. some people however alter there religion slightly to make it more comfortable for themselves. like me for example im bi an i was rasied christian...i have lost a lot of faith in god but i still believe an i dont exactly agree with a lot of thing in teh bible and what it means. i change it for myself so i can become more comfortable...im not sure if this is what you wanted for an answer but i hope this helps...

This lesbian is an atheist.
As far as faithful - if you mean it in a spiritual/religious sense I am not.
If you mean it in the relationship sense, I am absolutely faithful; I don't cheat.
I can't answer for anyone else.

I believe many of us are "Spritual" to some degree. I don't know if I'd go so far as to nail them down to any specific religion or faith tradition.
Many are, some are not. Just like the straight community. I really don't think we're all that different.

I don't know if there are any actual statistics available about your question but, in my mind the two are not related. Chances are high, I think, that there is no correlation between sexual orientation and religousness or religous beliefs or the lack of them.
Of course, according to the president of Iran's recent remarks, there are no homosexuals in Iran so maybe that's because of their faith?
