AstroTurf is a brand of artificial turf. Though the term is a registered trademark, it is sometimes used as a generic description of any kind of artificial turf.
There is a difference, but basically they will wear normal boots, but not studs that will rip the surface. They will change them for soft, hard ground types.
So the answer is Ordinary Boots. Good question

Boots with moulded studs. It's not full astroturf but it's not grass that would take a stud so moulded (or rubber) studs will be the order of the day

Ordinary boots. It's not 'AstroTurf' as such - the pitch is 'artificial grass'. I know that might not sound like much of a distinction, but there's a difference.

english players are quality professional footballers, this "Turf Tactic" is receiving to much attention. I'm sure the Three Lions will not be beaten by a few blades of artificial grass.
That being said I wish FIFA would ban all other turfs except for "Real Grass"

It all depends on whether the players are going to be in an ordinary or astroturf mood.

The sell Astro boots so I'm guessing that's a possibility. Boots with studs wont be any good could get twisted ankles.

they will wear studed boots because the day before the game they are going to flood the pitch, otherwise they would be wearing astros.
