One year is not a bad age difference at all. But if it's truly a woman and a boy, maybe the boy should find a girl.

But why would a woman marry a boy. There is nothing wrong if both people are mature and adults. But if these people of whom you speak are teenagers or pre-adults then it is probably more of a pipe dream than reality.

As long as both parties are of legal age, there are no laws (at least in the US) re: age difference between people who desire to marry. It doesn't matter which person is older either...

age is just a number...I have found that most guys will seek out an older Woman who knows what She wants and does not play games...I am 7 years older then My Husband and it works for Us.

If it's not a problem for the couple, then there's nothing "wrong" with it. If they're happy together, whatever age they are, then that's all that matters.

It depends on how old you are, if they are still a minor than you should probably wait but other than that no... My mom married a man who was 10 years younder than her... Good luck!
