OK, it's just for a stupid lunchtime argument, but it's annoying me now. Once upon a time Mcdonald's had a commercial with Michael Jordan and Larry Bird competing by making ridiculous shots that the other had to top. It was a great commercial. They'd "call" their shot, off of this, over that "nothing but net". Well then, and I'm sure of it, there was a followup commercial in which one of them said "off Lesley Visser's head, nothing but net". I can find no proof of this commercial anywhere. Can you? Can someone verify I'm not nuts at least?

I think your nuts. I am almost certain there wasn't any actual McDonald's commercial that mentioned her name. What is entirely possible, however, is that CBS or ESPN did some cute little mid-game thing were they edited the commercial and threw her name into just as a laugh. But an actual commercial with her name in it, I highly doubt.

Well, 7 years after the question was asked, here you go! 1995, McDonald's Super Bowl commercial with Michael, Larry and yes, LESLEY VISSER! And she's in the commercial. BTW, Lesley was the first woman recognized by the Pro Football Hall of Fame. She was the first and started the careers of all women on the sidelines:

this commercial was a huge success during the Barcelona Olympics. The commercial attracted so many customers to McDonalds during the run of the commercial. Very creative using their names, skills, and fame.

These two had like 3 commercials playing horse for a Big Mac Extra Value meal.

A Google search turns up nothing. This sounds like one of those ad-libs the ESPN Sportscenter gang came up with back when it was good, mid to late 90s.
