It is a little early to make that call. But if there is no playoffs for the Bolts there is no return for Norv. They are starting to look like the team they where at the end of last year. They should win that division but my heart wants the BRONCOS.

Yes, he will, and he deserves to be there.
Everyone talks about the slow start they got off to, but they are now 3-3 and tied with the Chiefs a top the division. The 1-3 start can easily be attributed to a combination of the coaching change itself and the difficulty of the schedule. Remember, two of the three Charger losses were against teams with a combined record of 11-1. Turner has the team turned around and playing better. They are now a playoff team again, and they should at least advance past the wild card round. However, unlike last year, no one will expect them to get past either the Colts or Pats in the second round, so if they exit then it won't be a big deal.

If there is a God in heaven, Norv Turner will be struck, ironically, by a lightning bolt and killed, thus preventing A.J. Smith from even thinking of hiring him for next year.
Odds are is he will stay unless if the Chargers start slumping again. If this onslaught continues (check Denver and Oakland), he will stay around.

No, A.J. Smith needs to stop being a stubborn little girl and get Schottenheimer back, its not his fault they cant do far in the playoffs, but with a more complete team and next years draft should be enough to get them deep
And Norv Turner should coach college ball, not NFL

Unless the owner gets involved, probably...If the owner fires AJ Smith and Turner, Turner will be an O Coordinator somewhere...Maybe the Saints or the Bears...

If the Chargers make the playoffs he might hold onto his job.
