Space Shuttle Discovery, aka "OV-103", was shipped to the Kennedy Space Center in November of 1983, and first flew on August 30, 1984. So, it's about 23-24 years old, depending on how you count.

Yes Discovery is the oldest in the Fleet followed by Atlantis then Endeavor. Endeavor was made as a replacement for Challenger lost in 1986 due to a seal problem on one of the Solid rocket boosters. Even though the shuttles are a couple of decades old they have been improved a few times including new main engines, new improved computers and a new cockpit. The first shuttles had a cockpit similar in looks to a Concord where the newer cockpits are full of computer screens and are sometimes known as the glass cockpit.
