What hotel would you recommend in Legaspi City, Albay in terms of cleanliness, service and location?

The best right now is Pepperland, about a kilometer from the airport. The next best would be Venecia, but they might be undergoing renovation now.

The old hotels that were once famous are now closed - - the Mayon Imperial Hotel closed eons ago, and Hotel la Trinidad closed recently because the rooms are really so worn out and they have been losing their clientele.

Pepperland Hotel, its near the airport, the rooms are nice with a nice view of Mayon Volcano
