You know who i'd elect? Myself.
If I were president, I would overhaul the Violation Notice system, so that all areas would have it except for Polls and Surveys. P & S would be an 18+ section, and age would be verified via information from Yahoo!
It would basically be a LOT harder to get a VN than it is now. If I were president, you would have to TRY in order to get a VN, just like it was in the good ole' days.
