Like our brains have evolve so too has our 'cognition' a quick google search on the term cognitive or cognition will help.

Cognitive Psychology, Cognitive Science and Cognitive Neuroscience all investigate the 'thinking processes' we all experience. These pocesses are well understood and there are different sub-processes for different tasks, e.g. memory, perception, face recognition.

I believe they come from our brains. Our brains process all of our sensory input, including feelings. Our thoughts are a result of our experiences.

its there, like radio waves
cant see it
but we can measure the activity
lots of things we have to believe
without knowing how it works
its a good question
but the answer needs a lot of study to come

it's just came frm our brain's interpretations.....as a response to stimuli.....

Our soul, i may say, the internal response to the brain.....
