there is this married women ,she has been married for 8 years , and has 7 yrs son now .she was in love with a guy before marriage itself. she was forcibly married .now she is fed up with this relation ship and wants to quit the guy by getting a divorce ,the problem here is her hubby doesn't want to divorce her. .on what grounds she can divorce him.

man,you are something ,a woman that is married go's with a another man ,is a problem woman,so; first let's see who whats wrong or where did it go wrong,man or woman,she must have don something bad to the man ,or she is just playing a norther man.nikki knows

There is a process. She can get a divorce. She will first have to be leaglly seperated for a year and then she can get the divorce. I wish her good luck. It is a tough process and a long one. Plus there is a child there also to think about.

they dont ask that question anymore, divorce is divorce, but they court can send them to counseling if the husband opposes the divorce

Irreconsileable differences. She is very unhappy and has no interest in her husband and is not willing to reconsile. No judge will force her to remain his wife
