I am on the last week of my 28-day pills pack (the "reminder" white pills). It is my first time using Birth control Pills. I am a Sunday-starter, when should i get my period?
And my second question. When I began the first day (the sunday) of taking the white pills, I accidently took one that belonged to a different day (I got the order of the pills messed up when I turned the pack around to take the pill out). What can happen to me?

I would often get my period around the third "white pill" in the packet, but that could be different for anyone. Our bodies respond differently to birth control pills and different brands.
You don't need to worry about the white pills. They don't do anything to your body, so you don't even have to take them at all if you don't want to. Their purpose is to keep you in the habit so you know for sure when to start taking the "real" pills again. I doubt it will do anything unexpected to your body if you switch the white ones around by accident. You have nothing to worry about. :) You'll be fine. Just don't forget to take the real ones on Sunday!

The white pills are only reminders and I think they are calcium, so it does not matter if you don't take them. They are just there to keep you on the habit of taking a pill every day and not forgetting when your next pack will start.
If its your first time using the pill, it will probably take a couple of boxes for your period to be on a schedule. I am a Tuesday starter and I get my period on Fridays of the last week of the yellow pills. Everyone will have different dates and schedules, just make sure to remember yours and make sure that it is consistent every time. Good Luck!!!

As long as you've taken all the white pills and you didn't double up, you're okay. You only double up when you miss a day. And I never take the last week of pills, they are really just reminder pills, not necessary unless you need to be reminded. You should get your period on the last week of pills the reminder pills.

Since the reminder pills don't have any active ingredient, you don't have to worry about taking them in order, or taking them at all. Your period will come a few days after you took your last active pill.

The white pills are inactive. So it does not matter if you miss one. You should get your period on Tuesday.
