My Grandfather's last words were to take care of my Grandmother with his estate. Well she has dementia and lives in Florida w/ my sis. He had stocks and now we need to transfer them into the grandchildren's names or mine. Once I transfer I will divvy everything up once my Grandmother passes on. What should I do now.

It sounds like you or your sister need to have yourself appointed as your Grandmother's guardian. Your grandma would have to be first be adjudicated incompetent at a hearing before the Clerk of Superior Court. Check the County Clerk website for your area for more information.
