Next time you party like that make sure you hydrate. Back in the day when I was out partying like it was 1999 I would at some point in the evening start drinking water and I found my head would be okay the next day.

Absolutely not!! As long as you're not married or have any kids, or otherwise have no obligations or made prior arrangements for said obligations, live it up! Before the marriage and the kid, I was all about the party!!:)
Needless to say, I've slowed down significantly. Now I go b*lls out whenever I DO party!

I had a similar problem.... played ball friday night then started drinking at a nekkid lady establishment till 3a.m., then got up at 6 a.m. and drove for a few hours, and by 6 p.m. I needed a nap.....I used to never need a nap...this getting older thing sucks.

Yes i am sorry. After Monday night game I went to I only had 15 beers and I have no idea how much vodka. and smoked a cigar and half pack of cigs.
I sounded like one of Bart Simpsons aunts at the end of the day.
I sleep in for 2 days wanting more.
