I am looking for some new shows to start watching and i want to know what shows are good or bad? Either one would be helpfull

i love all kinds of shows my favs are: the bachelor, prison break, kid nation, private practice, ugly betty, top model, gossip girl, grey's anatomy, survivor, big shots, ghost whisperer, womens murder club, the hills, bionic women, brothers and sisters, desparate housewifes, CSI, biggest loser, journeyman
those are all really good shows..
anything i did not mention I probably do not like

Shows I like - America's Next Top Model, Ace of Cakes, Survivorman, anything on Discovery.
I also like reruns of 90210 and Sex and the City, Two and a half Men.
