Do you have access to a chop saw? Certainly if the gutter sections fit on the table beneath the blade that would work. OR find a pro type miter box with the saw in an adjustable carriage above the cut table, with a swivel ability and measurement markings on the table or carriage; and perform the task that way.
Certainly that only explains the CUTS. The cover up/ connections/ might be a challenge anyway. Pop Rivets/ adhesives; etc.
With no offense meant "COMMON" isn't so well defined in a construction sense; given that even "standards" might include variables; and after all STUFF is made by our species.

I've been at this for a long time; and have yet to find a 90; example; at precisely that.

Vinyl gutters are a DIY product and no real home builder would consider putting "practice gutters" on a home. Bay miters are not available in Plastic in the USA. They are available in both Japan and England markets. There are many limitations with plastic gutters, bay miters are just one. The average Seamless gutter job installed in the USA is only $640.00. The reason that they don't make bay miters for plastic gutters is because they really don't sell very many. Where as bay windows are common. Plastic/Vinyl gutters represent less than 3% of all the gutters installed in the USA. Plastic/ Gutters also can not be installed behind the drip edge so they do not meet code. Save your self some time and hire a professional or have them run off aluminum seamless gutters and get bay strip miters to get a professional looking job. The hardware store can only send you 10' pieces and they will leak within 1-4 years. Plastic/ Vinyl will fade under direct sun. Good Luck! Tony Cobb- Rain Gutter Consultants, Inc

Steven Wolfe's answer seems to cover it; you'll likely have to "manufacture" your own corner sleeve. Though I don't have much experience with installing gutters, I would imagine it wouldn't be too dissimilar to finishing carpentry.
Therefore, you could construct one using one or two splice sleeves; the type that cover the joints on a straight run. Simply determine the angle, divide that angle in half and cut the sleeve(s) using that angle. Then using a high-grade adhesive, glue the two angles cuts together. After its set, sand down the rough portions of the corner and attach to the gutters.

Unfortunately, so called 'right angle' corners can in fact be very much out of square, so that the mitre angle needs very often to be adjusted to match the actual corner. In addition to this, there are corners, which are not meant to be 90 degrees, so that these too will need to be measured to establish the unknown angle. Though at first this may appear to be a complicated process of measuring and bisecting, with much trial and error, the opposite is true, in fact, the whole process is quite simple and straight forward, with the need of very few, if any measuring tools to do the job

They do make the 22 1/2 degree bend but not in vinyl. Your best bet is to call your local seamless gutter company and ask them where to get one.
