I am bit confused to see so many financial service courses available like financial clercial, banking , accounting ect.They all looks same to me . But i like to see myself in banking. could anyone please suggest which course would be useful?

So which course would you recommend TAFE financial Diploma in banking or accounting?

economics.... get to know the ebb and flow of lending. That will serve you well not only in banking, but in investing as well.

since u are interetst in banking and u are basically choosing from the list given above I would say , why don;t u try for contract management and acqusition?
It is a part of the accounting/financial stream and is a huge rage these days.........u can keep that as a major and graduate in accounting.
by doing this u can basically become a accountant and get ur CPA or u have the choice of going into the one of the fastest growing fields in the country- contract management!!
it pays big money and u can get into a gud position even with the goverment at a great starting salary...they are hiring freshers at a great salary because the demand of such individuals is more and the supply less~~

i study banking and accounting coz u'll be dealing with money and numbers

Econmoics us good if you want to get into banking.

Best thing to do is talk it over with your college advisor. you can get individual help with someone who is experienced and can talk it over with you directly.
