He bounces from place to place living off of other people. He's in and out of jail, lies, cheats, steals and is just not someone I would want to have much influence on my child...I mean our child. He' a con-artist, nothing more, nothing less.

Anyway I was just wondering what I can do to ensure my daughter goes to my parents, sister or a close friend if something were to happen to me. What do I need to do?
