If the baby panda´s weight is 50 kgs and you are required to give 2 mls per kg then you measure out 100 mls exactly.
The actual mls per kg is based on estimated therapeutic
dosage studies but you must give exactly 100 mls.
Some of the volume may be lost: you know how you take a
'teaspoonful' ; it's approximately 5 mls but not exact but here you would measure out exactly 100 mls in a calibrated measuring cylinder but the actual administered dose would inevitably be an estimation due transfer errors, liquid viscosity etc.which the manufacturers would have allowed for.
Answer = measure it out exactly but the final result must inevitably be an estimation due to a number of factors.

An estimate.
With all do respect to the people who said exact, this is not possible. Anything we measure is an estimate and we can tolerate a percentage error. The error tolerance required will determine the measureing instrumnets used.

Can you measure exactly 1 cm. That is not possible. If you use a ruler graduated in mm, then 1 cm is in fact any number from 0.95 to 1.05

I think you'd have to get as exact as possible because medicine should be an exact amount. Not enough won't work, and too much could harm the panda.

The time is predicted; it would desire to be longer or shorter reckoning on no count if or no longer you're taking stable care of them. as an occasion, my orthidonist informed me that i could have mine on for a splash over 2 years even though it ended up being approximately one three hundred and sixty 5 days and eight months. it quite relies upon.
