What does QSH stand for on some nude jpg photos on the web?

I've been on the web for about 10 years now and I also use p2p file sharing software. Occasionally I've come across (excuse the pun) nude photos of the fairer sex which are prefixed with the letters QSH - what does this stand for, as I've always wondered?

It's a quality rating used for nude photography. It stands for Quick Single Hand.
