Yes, they are a gang but I believe they were founded with a positive purpose in mind like many such organizations but got caught up in negativity that eventually overshadowed everything else they were working for trying to make money. I know that they were yellow and black and I know that they have a very strong, far reaching network. I believe that most are, perversely, devout catholics who do put money and time back into their own communities even as they tear them down. They're really no different from any other gang, they take care of their own as long as you don't cross them. That's about all I know.

I know someone who is a Latin King and they are a gang they stick together and they are all over the US. They wear red (mostly all the time). They believe in don't mess with us and we won't mess with you! If you do encounter them in a bad way, you will get hurt. Some of them joined just to fit in and there is no coming out of it EVER!!!! Once your in, your in.
