You've got to get snowpants and a jacket--she won't be able to walk in the bunting suits and if she wants to play in the snow (which she definitely will), the jacket and snow pants will be your best bet. They sell them at Target, JC Penney, Sears, Walmart, Kohl's, Burlington Coat Factory, and even Gap and The Children's Place sell jackets and snow pants.

I'd go for the 12-18 month, my daughter is a bit tall for her age and is 14 months, she fits into 12-18 months, actually she fits better into 6-12 months in a lot of cases, I suggest you call the company and ask for the dresses measurements, that way you can get a better idea of what will fit her best.

Walmart, Sears, JC Penneys, Target, K Mart. Watch for the ads. They are having sales now at some of these places. I usually get them at the end of the season a larger size for next year. If you child is walking you definitely cant use the bunting kind. Had that problem for my oldest. He walked early and was not big for his age but all of these stores had things that I could use.

Check at Ross. I saw some really cute ones there last week. They were only 9.99. Retail tag said 60.00, from Carters. We are planning a trip to WI this winter so it will be cold and snowy and the one I saw would work great.

L.L. Bean always has a large selection to choose from. If you are worried about the cost, you may want to try Ebay. I usually find great deals there.
