the aisle, what was the weirdest or funniest song that was played? I mean they play Here Come's the Bride when she is walking to the altar, but afterwards the groom's song is supposed to be played when they are coming back down the aisle.
I was asked to come up with the song once, a friend of mine's now ex-wife has hated me forever for playing the song I chose for him. Everybody laughed but her. I played Queen's Another One Bites the Dust. How about you guys?

Wally, you are a class act!

How about "Love and marriage, love and marriage..." made popular by "Married With Children"? My closest friends laughed, the older people wanted to!

Years ago friends of mine attended a wedding where the bride and groom chose "Send In The Clowns" as their song. That is the funniest one that I ever remember hearing.

That's funny! I didn't know that was the protocol. I selected both, so it was very traditional, with Wagner's "Lohengren."

I'm a huge Queen fan (my tastes are eclectic, as you can see with the range from Wagner to Queen). If we hadn't been in a church it would have been quite fun to engage in such a prank. (The church dictates what can or can't be played in the sanctuary.)

LMAO

"Another one bites the dust" is perfect. The bride obviously has no sense of humor!

I love that song! I think it was fitting for both of them. Where's the humor and the love?
